So Many Things To Do

I have found myself unable to sew since Wednesday. So what does a girl do when she can't bear to sequester herself in her sewing room without human contact (aside from Harry Potter of course)? She lugs her many piles of fabric into the living room and cuts out wallets and makes and enormous mess while enjoying brain rotting cable television with her husband.

That right there is 2 bags, 6 pouches, 40 wallets (oh my!), and some pins waiting to be made

Wow, I like how you cut out all of your pieces out first-I really need to start doing that.

I have found that it is easier for me to get a lot done when I do things in bursts. One day I will have a cutting burst, then a applique burst, a construction burts, a button sewing burst (my fingers usually hurt after this) and after a few if these bursts I have a bunch of finished goodies.

Sometimes the studio is too queit and solitary, isn't it - how lovely you went with the urge for company :)
